Meet Our Board Members

Vivian Rojas is a dedicated community leader and advocate, hailing from the vibrant city of El Paso, Texas. She is a proud product of the Ysleta Independent School District, having graduated from Riverside High School. Vivian furthered her education at Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence.

With a passion for serving others, Vivian has accumulated a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector and governmental agencies, where she has worked to make a positive impact. Additionally, she has devoted several years to volunteering at her local church, actively participating in prayer groups and Bible studies, reflecting her deep-rooted faith and dedication to spiritual growth.

Vivian is a community organizer and a staunch advocate for property rights, fighting passionately for the rights of homeowners and residents in her area. Her advocacy efforts led her to serve as the City Council Representative for District 7 in the El Paso City Council, where she played a crucial role in shaping local policies and initiatives.

In 2019, Vivian achieved a significant milestone by graduating from the THHSC QUEST Leadership Academy, demonstrating her continuous pursuit of personal and professional development. Furthermore, she has been a dedicated member of the El Paso Commission for Women since 2013, serving as a Board Member and past chairman of the Scholarship Committee. Through her involvement in this organization, Vivian has contributed significantly to empowering women.
